Spotlight: Won on handicap debut at Wolverhampton (8.6f, AW) in February and he's finished runner-up five times since including at Epsom (8.5f) and Carlisle (1m1f, both on good) in last two starts; now switches to slow ground for the first time but has possibilities if he can continue the good work.

Spotlight: All six of his British wins have been Beverley, including over 7.4f in July (good) and over 1m4f (good to firm) last month; up another 4lb but that was a comfortable success last time and he has won on soft ground in the past; key player.

Spotlight: Slipping down the weights and was runner-up behind an easy winner at Ripon (1m3f, good) last time; could run well again but this is a step back up in grade and he's not won since 2021.

Spotlight: Placed in four of his last six starts including a close call over C&D (soft) in July; on same mark here but he didn't fire at Ayr last time and that took his record to 1-21; tongue-tie worn last time is removed.

Spotlight: His last win was 17 months ago but he had some close calls at Newcastle during the winter and was a creditable fifth in big field at Doncaster (1m2f, good to soft) when last seen in March; remains well handicapped on old form and he needs watching in market on return.

Spotlight: C&D winner who is versatile ground-wise; plenty of good efforts since returned to the Flat in March but his form has slumped in last two starts and losing run is now up 16; first-time blinkers replace visor.

Spotlight: Handles most ground and she recorded his sixth C&D win when scoring in July; disappointing in four runs since but latest was over an extended mile and she now goes back up in trip and down in grade; not ruled out off dangerous mark.

Spotlight: Completed a 1m2f August hat-trick when shading a tight finish in apprentice event at Ripon under Rhys Elliott; failed to beat a rival back on AW last time but she couldn't get any cover in that slowly run race and could bounce back on this return to turf; all of her wins have been on good/good to firm but she's effective on good to soft.

Spotlight: Four-time Flat winner (1m1f/1m2f) who suited by soft ground but last success was two years ago and she was disappointing over hurdles in June when last seen; on dangerous mark back in this sphere but she has something to prove after a break.
